When I purchased the Playset I asked the dealer at Bergen County Swing Sets about structural integrity...he didn't say a word..he simply sat down on a swing on a floor model in his show room. He began to swing..he sold me right then and there..this very friendly(and smart) dealer field tested the structure before me, for you see, the dealer weighs in somewhere between 250 and 300 pounds. P.S. The installation team professionally and meticulously assembled this magnificent Playset exactly to the inch of where I wanted it sited. Bravo!
